Con artists. The lot of them. I was in desperate need of a car due to mine giving out after three years of great use. I think that the guys here could see how desperate and scared I was about not being able to get to work and was stressed. I bought a Berlingo from them as it's size was perfect for my needs at the time would help me out a lot for trips to visit family as well as work. I was told by the man who sold me it that Citroen cars are fantastic and their engines are made to last and I do have friends with Citroens who find them reasonably reliable. Well he lied about this one. Within three weeks, the clutch needed changed. James Little did take care of this for me as it was within their 30 days promise (although they didn't exactly believe me when I first contacted them about it and had to double check the date on my purchase contract.) About two months after that I needed to get the steering wheel changed. That cost me just under £300. I bought this car in August 2017 and it's now March 2018 and the cars engine has failed twice due to long term problems with the fuel pressure that my own mechanic thinks James Little should have spotted before selling it. I can now pretty much just scrap this car. I'm a safe driver and it was nothing I did that made it this way; my mechanic believes it was sold to me in poor condition. They took advantage of a scared, stressed girl who had no method of transport to work (I had to commute to Clydebank which by public transport would take two hours hence why I needed a car). I feel appalled that they even felt they could sell this car in the first place and I can't believe they're AA approved. The AA should strip them off their status immediately. I'm devastated because I loved the car so much and I can't believe that a business claiming to have such a great reputation took advantage of me and sold me something they knew I was relieved to find when it was bound to fall apart in months. They are dishonest. Do not buy a car here without having someone YOU trust thoroughly look over ever inch of a car you want to buy here.

My mum purchased a car from here just recently definitely won't be back and not recommend she got a Peugeot convertible from them that's on there facebook profile it's been problems since she bought it took it back to garage they sent it to ayr to be fixed meant to be come back today and still the same she said she can't drive it not roadworthy disgusting when they know is a women these type people don't care all they think about is money don't actually solve the problem disgusting stay clear

Bought my car which I loved came from edinburgh Was given 2 severely cracked alloys, fuse box was a fire hazard with burning smell, rear lights hanging off, reversing sensors dangling and unfit, door lock had been severely damaged by what looks like a screw driver, had every electrical issue including a red live wire which was just stuffed into the fuse box randomly - which I’ve had to pay out for to be repaired, staff and owner very unprofessional and couldn’t care attitude, Dodgey MOT never been quoted £200 before for one?!? and not a thing done as was not roadworthy?!?? NO SANE MOT TESTER WOULD ALLOW THIS ON THE ROAD would never have passed with No lights working cracked alloys no back lights the reversing sensors weren’t working or the front all these issues were sent to dean and I was to go swap the vehicle at showcase cinema after two weeks got it back and all they have done is went and siliconed everything together not replaced and updated anything all these faults were on the dash and have evidence of it all!!! and has since been taken off the road due to all these issues which cost a lot and told by a REAL MOT tester the vehicle is unroadworthy- these guys Andy and Dean are crooks knowlingly sold me a vehicle which was for my three kids to be safe and potentially could of killed us due to their negligence and greed and due to how unsafe it was - these are ex salvage motors punted off with out any work to make them roadworthy these cars come with no warranty once they have your money they aren’t interested at all! MOT CENTRE HASNT EVEN SEEN ANY OF THESE CARS AS CAN BE SEEN FROM THE SALES COURT BEING ISSUED DODGEY MOT CERTS FROM THEIR LOCAL CENTRE WHICH IS WHY I WAS CHARGED £200 FOR AN MOT CERTIFICATE THESE ARE CROOKS AND WILL NOT BE UNTIL SOMEONE IS KILLED IN THEIR SOLD VEHICLES THAT THIS COMPANY WILL STILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN £200 - the evidence of all the above can be seen on bbc watchdog very soon THANKS DEAN AND ANDY

I recently purchased a car from here and found not only were the staff extremely helpful very good with banter! But the sales staff went above and beyond to ensure I am 110% happy with my new car (which I love btw)!
