I have used the Bridgend group 3 Times in the past 6 yrs Kilwinning and Ayr branches were very professional the Kilmarnock branch I used most recently was below the standard of service I would expect Wouldn't use them again.

absolute joke.. never been spoken to so badly from a salesman... very aggressive towards us because he didn't agree with what we were saying. He also said he didn't care if we bought from him or not... as he was a wealthy rich man and didn't care for our business.... he was a Mr know it all and thought we were a couple if silly woman that don't know anything about cars. I work in the motor trade and have a good knowledge in cars and he did not like that. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SALESMAN ALLAN FROM KILMARNOCK BRIDGEND GROUP AS HE DOESN'T NEED OUR CUSTOM AS HE IS SOO RICH!! I am so angry that he spoke to us like that!!!!

I have recently just bought my van from the Kilmarnock branch and the service was excellent from when I walked in till I picked my van up. They talked through the full process and told me when I could pick van up. I will definitely be recommending yous to family and friends. Regards Scott Rhodick.

Thanks Andy Watson looking after us once again at Mobility Matters Stewarton loved the Nissan NV 200 I got last year and enjoying the Vauxhall Vivario Sportive . Cheers
