I have faith in good people again as can honestly say one person's actions can change your perception on life, long story short been looking to get a van but due to my working hours could not find time to sit and thrash out a deal. Which is until I went Van Monster Southall and met there manager Dee , this guy actually came to my house around 8pm after his working day had finished hours ago to help me finalise my new van deal. Forget price quality etc which where all in the deal what won me was this man's determination to help me in his own personal time when he has never met me before. Beware Van Monster when my company grows "I will be back" to steal Dee your branch manager!" You have my word on that! Lol Congrats on who ever found this guy and thanks again Dee and like i said "my home is always open to you!".
Excellent service. Gopal Puri was very helpful and patient as we had some issues sorting out insurance. He was very helpful and patient, stayed 2 hours after his shift finished in order to help us. Thanks again mate Wayne.
I purchased a vehicle from van monster southall recently and the service i recived was amazing, i was made to feel very welcome, i was advised exceptionaly well in detail but in a simplified way that helped me to understand what i was buying and how things work, Dee dealt with me from start to finish and went out of his way to assist me, so much so that he came to me after work hours to go through documents and even deliver the vehicle to my door in his own time as i could not make the operating times, i would highly recomed van monster southall. Good profesional and unbiest service

Very good experience with Van monster. Not used them before but was very happy with the speed, information and the way their staff member Dee handled the whole process, he was very thorough and professional. Would thoroughly recommend them.
