Sold my RS5 to 1st Choice Motors who have been a pleasure to deal with since the first interaction. They were quick to respond and have been professional throughout the process. I’ve sold many cars to dealers before and I have to say this is the best experience to date. They arranged to collect the car quickly, settled the finance and paid the balance immediately on collection and a very slick process. I would not hesitate to use them again and can highly recommend.

Never ever trust this company I had an extremely bad experience with them when I bought a vehicle from them. As soon as I found following issues I informed them but they just keep ignoring me. No response at all. 1- Water ingress at car boot and mould 2- Car stereos system was not working 3- Second key of car was not working 4- Front left tyre was not adjusted and when you drive it's pull over the car to the left side and very dangerous 5-car doesn't have any spare tyre and pump 6- Front right side light seems broken and it's full of steam 7- Car bumper front Needs to be fix 8- Bottom back light has water and moisture inside.

We recently purchased an Audi TT from here and we have to say they are a brilliant company to deal with. We were initially concerned to buy a car online without having physically viewing it, however our concerns were unjustified. Our initial contact was with Ibrahim who supplied us with loads of information and guided us through the buying process, he was very professional and at no point was there any hint of a hard sell or pushiness. All Ibrahim wished to do was ensure we were happy with our choice of car. After paying a small deposit we were contacted by Roman who arranged to deliver the car to us. The service was amazing and the ongoing contact was excellent. Our car arrived within days and it is exactly what we were promised. The car is in immaculate condition and we cannot fault any element of it. We also received the RAC backed warranty and 12 months free RAC Breakdown cover within hours of delivery. Overall we highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again…absolutely excellent service.

I visited these guys yesterday to purchase a car I'd seen advertised, and I can't rate and thank them highly enough. From the first time I called them, and several times more asking questions about the car, they were extremely helpful and professional from start to end. A really enjoyable car buying experience and they were a pleasure doing business with.
This is my first time purchasing a car from 1st Choice motor’s, and as you can imagine, the experience can sometimes be very overwhelming. Especially if you’re not familiar with the company, and also putting all your trust into a car dealership you’ve never heard of. Well all my worries and doubts were reassured at all times, and I was treated like a valued customer. Me and my mum were always offered complimentary tea/coffee, even though I don’t drink hot beverages. But it was the warm customer service that really made a difference. I was given a very good part exchange price on my 2013 Mini Cooper which was really nice, as I had a lot of attachment to that car for 5 years. The car I chose was a Mercedes cabriolet which had extremely low mileage and in immaculate condition. I’ve had sooo many compliments and the Mercedes has been running absolutely amazing, and is still looking brand new even after 2 weeks. A very big thank you to Mo, Naz, Rick for all your help and patience, when I purchased my car from you. The process had some humps in the road at first, but it all ended Fantastic, and was completed very professionally. If you’re cautious about the company don’t be. They will have your best interest at heart. And you will really get a fantastic deal/ Service.
Nizar is an amazing person. He rightly identified if any faults and provided a suggestion/solution on how to maintain a good health of the car engine. His years of experience counts alot. A most recommended place for your MOT.
