Very helpful, friendly people and excellent service explained everything to me, as this was my first time buying a car.

Lovely staff, very helpful. I bought my Dodge caliber in April from here. I am very happy with my car. I came down from up south so i was a little unsure at first but i took their word for it and they didn't let me down, which i was really pleased about.They really helped me with all the paper work and explained everything to me. Nice genuine people, I would for sure recommend them!

The sales advisor was very knowledgeable as well as friendly and answered all my questions patiently. He did not push me at all in selling their cars. Made my best choice based on their honest explanations. Very satisfied with my purchase. Absolutely recommend it to all.

Purchased my Renault Laguna grand tour 1.5dci  gtline from them at a very reasonable price/conditions. Had a pair of issues wich guarantee has covered. They arranged nearby spot to drop/ collect the car wich was extremely helpful. All my cars were second hand and never had a satisfactory experience from car dealers but this guys are simply honest people beyond compare. I don't often write a reviews, but wanted to chip in to the help other buyers who are as hesitant as i was initially, following a wrong purchase of my previous car from a local home dealers, i was set to turn my back on purchasing my next car from a trader. however, purchasing from K1 motors is the next best thing from going to the manufacturer. bought VW Golf for last 3 month and i am very happy with my car. I haven't bought a car, but visited today and out of the blue not knowing I needed an appointment. The gentleman looked after me, accommodated me and was very polite, no pressure and was very open about my options.  A+ class

Come across rude and not very helpful. Wanted to buy a used vehicle and was told there was a £99 admin fee. Would not do a deal whatsoever even though I wanted to pay cash he was adamant he wouldn't come down on the price even having to travel 3 hours to get there. Sound like they don't want to sell you a car. Don't recommend.
