Great Location, right by the beach with good facilities. The caravans and the vacation homes are superb and so is the family running the site. We always have a good time here.

Great clean campsite, reception is friendly, close to the beach. Definitely the best caravan park in polzeath.

Really enjoy staying at the Valley Caravan Park in one of their holiday appartments. Have stayed here for the past 3 Easter breaks 😁

Fabulous location, easy access to the beach. Website doesn't do it any Justice. Only down side was the public toilets on the beach were absolutely disgusting!!!! The site is clean and has a club house selling good food and cheap drinks with entertainment during high season. Well worth a visit though to this caravan site in Polzeath especially if you are a surfer.
