Today returned from a wonderful family holiday. Never stayed in a caravan before (just camped) and the caravan was immaculate, spacious with lots of storage and well-equipped. The location is extremely peaceful with a beautiful view overlooking the estuary and we loved seeing the wildlife. Our caravan had a room with twin beds and a master bedroom with a king sized bed and double duvet. You just need to bring fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillow covers and towels. Flat sheets optional. We forgot to bring cleaning/washing up sprays/cloths, toilet rolls and kitchen towels but it is just a short drive to Wadebridge where there are lots of shops including a large Co-Operative store. The offer of free DVD's to hire from reception each night was a godsend. We loved the warm pool with inflatable balls. It doesn't have a shower though so a large towel/robe to return to your caravan will come in handy. Would definitely recommend hiring a bike and cycling to nearby Padstow. Daymer Bay and Rock are quiet, sandy beaches at this time of the year and great for families. Bodmin & Wenford Railway are perfect for a wet day (especially the cafe carriage with toys for toddlers). Also great for vegans. Lappa Valley near Newquay is a short drive and perfect for under 7's with so much to do if dry. We look forward to visiting again as there is so much more in Cornwall to see. Thank you for a great holiday. Loved the quiet and peaceful location of the caravan site. We stayed in the lodge and caravan opposite for a large family holiday. Loved that we had the swimming pool to ourselves in the August Bank holiday week. Close to lovely beaches. The children all enjoyed making mud creatures and spotting crabs in the creek at low tide. Hope to come back soon.

Fantastic site for all the family. Kids absolutely love it here as do us adults. Owners very friendly and always around somewhere if needed.. very helpful if there's anything you need to know if you're new to the area etc. Caravans very nicely laid out to make the best out of each spot and always immaculate inside. Wouldn't go anywhere else, looking forward to my holiday this summer! Thank you to you all, keep up the good work ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
