Absolutely loved the service I received from all at Valley Brook car sales! Ray and Lewis especially! Nothing was too much trouble for them! I randomly arrived to view a Mercedes-Benz E220 cabriolet. I looked around the outside at the car, viewed other cars on the forecourt and kept going back to the E220. Lewis popped his head out of the showroom to make sure I was okay. Told me to give him a shout if I needed him. I felt no pressure whatsoever! Ray arranged for Lewis ti accompany me on a test drive as I didn't know the area. They were all so professional and friendly! I had Mt heart set on the E220 and explained a few personal things to Ray ad to why it would take me slightly longer to be able to pursue the purchase. This was no issue to him. Once I was ready couple of weeks Ray made sure the car was MOT'd, serviced and cleaned. There was a slight issue with a sensor and Ray arranged for this be fixed immediately and gave me a courtesy car whilst it was being repaired! I really did feel like a member of the family! Thank you and keep up the amazing work guys x

Very friendly and helpful staff. Had a small issue with the car that nobody picked up on which was rectified in a timely manner. It’s nice to see a genuine car garage, it was an enjoyable experience buying the car.
Absolutely recommend Ray and the team at Valley Brook. I bought a Jaguar XJ back in October. The viewing and buying process was as it should be, friendly and no pressure at all. With two days left of my 3 month warranty my car had a suspension issue and was undrivable. Lewis arranged for a 7 ton recovery truck within 24 hours and the repair was done very promptly without any issues at all. Top class service.
From the initial enquiry to learning what car would be best to buy, Valley Brook Car Sales couldn’t have been more helpful. Lewis listened to exactly what I wanted and was not pushy at all. He gave the best advice and demonstrated impressive knowledge. I would highly recommend this family run business as this type of service is hard to find!
Love these people!! I bought a car via finance and when I phoned Ray the owner about part exchanging my car he sounded a like a really genuine guy and he is. When I went to pick my car up I also met his lovely wife. It really is a family run business. Made me feel very welcome and explained everything to me. Would definitely recommend. Very friendly and professional. Very nice people to deal with. I have just bought my wife a Toyota from them. They feel more like family to deal with. In fact, I told Ray that I would only buy a car from him as I felt that their cars are really, really clean and I feel that Elaine and Ray are very trustworthy.
Well where do i start, what an outstanding, friendly and welcoming dealership. Ray and Elaine were both very easy people to communicate with and were never pushy into making you buy a car, I was welcomed with a cup of tea after my long journey and some friendly banter. I would fully recommend Valley Brook car sales to anybody who relies on a friendly and welcoming no hassle dealership. Very well done to you all .
Absolutely brilliant. I enquired about a car on the phone yesterday afternoon; went to view it at 10 this morning, test drove it, bought it, traded in my old and knackered car which saved me from having to scrap it myself Ray said it was going to the big car park in the sky!, and insured it over the phone while Ray sorted out the tax for me. By 12 noon I was back home with my new Honda gleaming clean and parked outside my house! It drives like a dream and I'm delighted with it. It was the most painless car buying experience I've ever had. As a middle aged woman who doesn't know a lot about cars, I've been to places before where I've felt uneasy and as though the salesman have seen me coming and given me a bad deal. Not at Valley Brook. There was no hard sell the car sold itself to be honest and I was treated as an equal and had some great banter with Ray's lovely wife! She even offered me an ice cream! I hope to be driving this fab car for a long time to come, but when the time comes to replace it, I will be along to Valley Brook again. Thank you so much!
