Bought a great Ford Galaxy from these guys! Matt was brilliant and patiently helped us with all of our queries. We bought remotely and he took a full video around the car for us, including taking some context today's date and time in his office so we could see it wasn't a scam. Genuine dealer with great quality cars at good prices. Delivered to the North East for pretty standard costs, and I feel like we got even more car than we bargained for. Couldn't recommend them enough!
Had a lovely Scirroco 2.0 TDi from this garage . Communication from enquiring to questions after I got it have been excellent. He even stayed open late to allow me time to travel in after work to view the car and answered every question I've asked clearly with no issues in being asked. Work that was done prior to collection I got sent a video showing what had been done. My 2nd car from this garage and somewhere I'd recommend and use again if I was looking for me or family/friends.
Love love my car, came super clean, great with long distance driving. Lovely experience, quick sale and delivery, helpful with any issues and questions after sale rather than just leaving you to it after a sale, especially after not driving for a long while, really friendly. Bought my lovely red mini countryman from here. Very friendly car salesman who left you alone with the car to look around it and wasn’t pushy unlike other garages I have been too! They were very friendly , happy to answer any questions, sold me a great car which I love! Great smooth sale of the car, Would highly recommend to anyone!
This dealership may offer good after care sales but when it comes to being fully upfront about their prices, a manager couldn't explain to me how much of the cost the warranty was for a vehicle that I had been interested in. It was also irrelevant to the manager how much I could save on a mercedes at another dealership so I think this place has things to hide and wants to over-charge customers. I'd avoid it for anything unless they're honest enough about the reasons behind their pricing. Shame though as they were friendly or had friendly staff a few years back but I won't be returning for an interest in any of their vehicles now.
Would highly recommend dealing with Matt from Eco Motors, helpful, transparent. Kept me up to date with work required & collection date. Very easy & pleasant to deal with. Customer focused. 5*
From the moment myself and my wife went to look at Tiguan we felt so at ease, the friendly honest treatment from Matt was excellent and all what he said he stood by from work needed to the mot right thru to assisting in selling our car. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Car exactly as described and my son is very happy with it. Very helpful staff who have followed up the sale to check that we are happy with the car. I recommend the company as it is very honest and truthful rare in these times.
Friendly, honest, reliable and customer focused motor trader. From start of sale to end, I was kept informed every step of the way. The vehicle I bought is lovely and in great condition; it was delivered to my door in adverse weather conditions! Every detail about the vehicle was explained to me. I recommend this business to all, they really have gone above and beyond.
Excellent service and communication from Matt at all times. The car was collected, having all repairs completed, valeted, and with a full MOT. The after-sales care has also been excellent. Would highly recommend.
