Brilliant customer service at the Fred Perry shop in Glasgow. I phoned the shop and talked with Lochlan/Lachlan he was very friendly and very helpful and very professional holding a Harrington Fred Perry jacket for me. When I went to the shop to pay for it and pick it up I received a very kind and warm reception meeting Lochlan and Louise and Ellie. Their customer focus on me was absolutely amazing. Thank you very much for your kindness and professionalism. It was a great customer experience for me. You guys were excellent and went well beyond customer service in the shop. Thank you again. I was in at the weekend looking for a present for my brothers birthday, they didn't have the stock that I'd seen online, but managed to get a different top, that I'm really pleased with. My wife and I were in Glasgow last week to celebrate my 40th birthday and our trip to the Fred Perry store turned out to be one of the highlights of our visit! The store was immaculate and well stocked, and the staff could not have made us feel more welcome. The whole team were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, which all helped to create a fantastic shopping experience. Thanks so much and we'll definitely be back next time we're in Glasgow!
Been a regular customer at Fred Perry for years. Nothing is too much hassle for the staff and you’re always guaranteed great chat and service with a smile. The shop is always tidy and well stocked - if they don’t have your size they will strive to locate it online or by ordering to store.
Love this shop, great selection of polo's and knitwear. Really nice and helpful staff also in the place so made to feel welcome. I was helped especially by david in getting the right size of polo top in the colour I was after.
I really hate online shopping cos I usually hsve to send stuff back so was very happy with the service when I popped into the store to buy a gift for my dad. The staff were all dead helpful and after a good chat the lassie helped me pick the perfect polo! Thank you!!
Wow! Seriously impressed with this store from the VM that drew me in all the way through my whole shopping experience. Immaculately organised and clearly laid out, great music and genuinely enthusiastic,knowledgeable staff. Louise ,Angela,Mia and Lochlainn all helped me. I can't wait to return.
