Good Food Enjoyed it, their shredded chicken, safron rice on side and choice of sauce depends on flavour mild, hot etc. Also like the lamb chops and Grilled King prawns aswell, the only thing i didn't like is not enough staff in dinning area to clean the tables help yourself sort of thing but over all is good.
Absolutely love Urban Grille. The lamb chops and urban chips are simply divine. The seabass is beautiful. Everything I've had is tasty. Extremely recommended. Fantastic customer service all the time. I always call ahead to order.
The only reason I stepped into this place is that Subway was closed. I've given this place more chances than it deserves, and I was honsetly disappointed every single time. If you want good American burgers, this place is NOT for you; stale ingredients and absolutely ambitious prices for tasteless burgers. I rated 1 star for the service, but with all honesty, service won't satiate a person's hunger. Thanks for ruining my lunch countless times.
If there was an option to give no stars I would. We were a group of 5 and we're seated fairly quick however we ended up waiting 1 hour 15 minutes for our food. Now I would completely understand if this place was busy but firstly- 2 other tables who arrived after us received their food before us, and secondly at the point of order we were told it would take no longer than 15 minutes. Soon the manager came and asked us what seemed to be the issue as we complained to a member of staff... Explaining the situation to him he fled off and began to discuss to another table saying things like "yeh we get this kind of attitude in this area" and when we questioned him as to why he felt he needed to discuss our complain to other customers he bacame defensive and told us we had attitude and are giving him slack in his own restaurant. Sorry but if your making us wait that long for food and serve other tables before us you would think you'de have the audacity to be reasonable with a complain instead of playing a victim that we are seemingly complaining for no aparant reason. He disgustingly told us to leave the restaurant without us even touching the food. After challenging his disgusting behaviour he did give a refund huffing and puffing whilst we were leaving. Absolutely Would never step foot in this place where the owner is an ego driven passive aggressive Moran who needs to learn basic manners.
very poor Ordered 2 burgers. About 7 quid each burger meal. The only edible thing was the chips. Could only have two bites if the burger. The chicken is very bland and dry. Ended up making a chips burger instead a very expensive one! The drinks were in paper cups, they dont even give cans! Wwast of time and money
Ordered a sirloin steak today. When I got home I only had the chips and steak not the trimmings I was told it would come with. Was very dissatisfied with their service as when I called back the waiter blamed me that I said I didn't want the trimmings. There was no apology and he was Veryan rude! Food taste very bland and steak was very dry.
Amazing food and amazing service! I always keep coming back. P.S. Check out the chicken strips with sweet potato fries they are simply delicious!
The steak was so chewy that it left me with a tired jaw, at the end had to give up as the pain of chewing had got the better of me they should rebrand it to tyre steak house. If you want a meal which is overpriced and is the size of a happy meal, Your best bet is here. Thee drinks were dilluted and reminded of Mr freeze ice pop The rest is history wouldnt recomend and would never go back Thanks urban grill i threw up for 3 hours i hope i can get refund when im next in town
Can you mention in deliveroo about the Spicy Food? I order a kebab and you send me a very very Spicy kebab. Never again. Good Food, but if you put something i dont ask become impossibile to eat. If People dont ask extra Spicy Just dont put
Me and my friends have been here on numerous occasions and have never left disappointed.. I can honestly say that I'm shocked by some of the comments on here, i cant say i have experienced any of the things stated which makes me question the accuracy of the things that have been said. Anyways, everybody is entitled to an opinion and this wouldn't never put me off from visiting.. Wishing the Urban Grille team all the best for the future, don't let the haters get you down..
