Great atmosphere. I went in with a few friends and we were promptly sat down and told to f**k off. We continued to receive regular invites to f**k off throughout the evening. Truly brilliant, prompt f**king service. Don't let the score of 1 out of 5 rating in hygiene put you off.
Called at the this Portuguese restaurant Lusitano on Friday evening. Excellent meal - try the oven baked cod "Bacalhau" - you will enjoy it. The staff made it a very pleasant evening indeed. Vanessa and her colleague were perfect. I did not meet the chef, but I would not be writing this if he had not been on top form.
Excellent tapas and a great change from Spanish tapas. Service was a little slow due to 3 large parties coming in at the same time. They made up for it with extra wine and nibbles and there was no rush, so we weren't put out at all!
Such an amazing experience of the Portuguese food and people... Belly full of food and laughs can't wait to go again. Super experience, splendid staff and amazing people.
Really tasty Tapas bruschetta was amongst the best I have ever had and the chorizo was really tasty. Waitress was really friendly and efficient. Will definitely be going back. The decoration and atmosphere was lovely too.
The waitress does not understands any english. Whatever we say she smiles and say yes : We ordered main course and we received tapas. The food was cold. Too expensive for what we received. Never return there ever again.
Absolutely superb place. Found it tonight and popped in and we were suprised tgat this portuguese gem is friendly and great. The food was out of this world
Amazing restaurant. Went there in october 2014 for my mums 50th. Great price for what you get. Food is very good to a high standard. Service is very friendly. Very clean and well decorated. Really good atmosphere. One of the best restaurants ive been to.
