Great service, as always. Been buying flowers from them over 10yrs never let me down..  Same day delivery. Brilliant flowers. Would definitely recommend again.

Huge thank you to Steve who really helped me out over a Bank Holiday weekend and the lovely staff member who put my bunch together at 8.15am! The flowers are so beautiful and made the recipient very happy.

I’ve used Urban for years now, in the shop and most recently online where the delivered same day. The team are friendly and understanding, I’ve unfortunately had to attend several funerals over the last 6 months and have had all my flowers from them at various price points and all have been gorgeous. Also very accommodating, including when I rushed in 5 minutes before closing time needing something for the following morning! Highly recommend.

Massive thanks to the two wonderful owners here. They prepared a beautiful red rose bouquet for me as a gift to my partner at very short notice. Delightful place and brilliant customer service - worth every penny. First time visiting but will definitely return my custom to them!! All the best

Very quick and efficient delivery of the flowers to Maria. She absolutely loved them and made her day. The process to order was quick and simple and worth complimenting. I have bought flowers in person from you before but that’s when I’m in Birmingham. To have a good delivery system like this is amazing. Flowers are as described as well and look amazing.

I have been visiting this florist for many many years now, it was known as Christine’s Florist's then & you just cannot go wrong with whatever you request from the team. We have had wedding bouquets & Indian wedding flower decor arranged with Urban Design and they never fail to impress. Lovely family business that can provide you with your own bespoke requests and you know you won’t be disappointed. Big Thank you to Steve who is always so accommodating & at times has had to deal with our mad requests!

Amazing florists very fast and reliable service. Beautiful flowers and customer service was excellent. They changed the packaging when I asked them to.
