Ordered numerous of times from Shelly’s florist, always been happy with the flowers. Helped me out on Valentine’s Day last minute when I paid for flowers elsewhere which were quite a flop. Ordered these yesterday and must say how beautiful they are.
I popped in and had a really nice bouquet pulled together by Shellie at short notice. Really helpful staff, well presented, quality flowers at reasonable prices. Thank you and see you again soon
I popped in to shellies florist on the way home on the off chance off getting some flowers for my wife's birthday. And they made me a hand tied bouquet while I waited which was beautiful and much appreciated. Excellent service and great value I can highly recommend this florist.
Feel like I need to leave an honest review. I wasn't going to both but it's been over a year and it still bothers me, so I will. We used Shelley's Flowers for our wedding. The customer service we received was great, the people were all lovely, everything turned up on time and the flowers were of good quality and well put together. However, I didn't get what I asked for. I asked for plain white bouquets for the bridesmaids, and white and pink for me and my two flower girls. We all got white and pink ones. I asked for a really small, hand held bouquet for me, and I ended up with a huge bouquet. I wanted it small because my dress had a large skirt and I didn't want the flowers to hide my shape in my pictures, which unfortunately it now does. As a result, and as I feared, I do not have many photos at all of the front of my dress because the flowers hide it. This is true of me walking down the aisle and of the portrait shots with family and friends. A real shame because I was very specific about what I wanted and we paid close to £2000. I really wish I'd gone somewhere else because although the staff are lovely, I was upset that I just didn't get what I ordered, which really is the basic requirement you would expect from any florist.
Created the most beautiful BCFC logo with a MOM ribbon for a funeral... I mean honestly it is one of the best arrangements I have ever seen... thank you.
I ordered flowers for my mother's funeral, I arrived late but was made to feel welcomed and not rushed. I was shown exact sizes of flowers we wanted and ribbons etc. From all of the family we were very happy with service and flowers....thank you

We used Shellies Flowers for a trade show at the NEC. We purchased two posies at Claire’s suggestion, and this worked great for us. Claire was so helpful in looking at out proposed stand and creating two incredible posies which really brought our space to life. Her service and product was second to none, and I would use this company again in a heartbeat. The price was also very reasonable for the product we received. I cannot recommend Shellies Flowers highly enough.
Today Shellie was so unbelievably kind in helping me with some Christmas wreaths which are stunning. She and her staff went out of their way and I am so incredibly grateful. I will never use another florist in Birmingham and highly recommend. Thank you all so very much.
