Really intimate steak house serving some very good food. There are not many tables in here so booking in advance is recommended and some of the steaks are in limited supply so do run out. There is a cosy little bar area upstairs with the lights dimmed enough to be atmospheric without being so dark you can't see. Fairly extensive cocktails menu and above average wine selection. We had the US need sampler platter plus a wing rib to share between us and a few sides, including the lobster mac n cheese which was particularly good.

We have become regulars at this place and have NEVER had a bad meal or service. The steak has been amazing every time and the staff really welcoming. My parents have become accustomed to us taking them there every time they come to see us as they love it too!

Favourite restaurant in Chester. Service is matched by the fabulous food! Steaks are always good to perfection, would recommend here to everyone! Already can’t wait to go back!

Best steak house going !!! Nice, cosy bar upstairs. Great selection of drinks. Small, restaurant downstairs (a good thing in my opinion). Variety of steaks - plus other options -to suit all tastes. The main selling point however, as per all the companys other venues is the truly exceptional service provided by all the staff.

Fantastic experience! Wanted to go for years but was worth the wait. Balloons and a personal hand written card on the table upon arrival as it was our anniversary. Wonderful service, great menu and fair prices. Felt a million dollars and very classy indeed. Thank you all at USATG!
