Excellent service and sheepskin jackets. Bought a couple of jackets. One was amazingly thick and soft but the other I wasn’t 100% happy with natural leather can have inconsistencies. Tariq was very helpful and made sure the replacement was their usual high quality. Many thanks.
Ordered a leather jacket which they said they could custom make. I sent a list of requirements. Jacket arrived. Not made as I requested. We agreed a partial refund. 3 days later the zip went. 3 emails later no response. If you have other options I would take them. Poor.
Really bad quality leather jacket at £120. Bought it last May and in March was torn around the pockets. And only wore it full 4 months. Took it back to ask for an advise and was told they could glue it for £20 a pocket as it was nothing to do with production quality but rather with usage. And I thought leather jacket should be a strong choice for life... I'd say avoid.
Bought 2 jackets from here. The leather started to go white after a few days and at the price I paid this was unacceptable. Especially as I have 17 genuine leather jackets from other brands in my wardrobe. They recommended a special leather cleaner which I used but it did not solve the problem. The leather was poor quality. After 2 weeks the zip went and on the other jacket a stud fell off after 3.5 weeks. Really upset about this. Could not obtain a refund. Would not buy again.
I purchased two shearling jackets and each were very high quality. Arrived in 5 days with DHL from the UK. You can trust this store to get genuine leather. Size up if you can’t try the jacket on in store.
I recently ordered the infinity men’s bomber jacket. After a couple of e-mails which Tariq answered immediately, I phoned through to place my order, as I needed certain alterations to the standard size. Hakim took my order, the necessary measurements, and told me the jacket would be made the next day Saturday, their ‘alteration’ day. The jacket would then be posted either Monday or Tuesday. I was surprised and very impressed when it turned up the following Thursday. Not only is it the softest goatskin leather, but I got it in blue, which I’ve been looking for for ages! The fit is perfect, and the quality outstanding. There’s also a zipped inside pocket for wallet/mobile phone! I would recommend Upperclass Fashions to my family and friends, in fact to everyone, without hesitation. If you want quality garments at an affordable price, you know where to go. On top of this, their customer care service is also top class! What an excellent choice I made!
I found upper class fashions to be superb. I purchased a sheepskin jacket but needed to change it for a different size and style, which was no problem. Unfortunately Parcelforce 'mislaid' my package that I returned causing a long delay. In the meantime I was able to purchase a replacement at the same discounted price I had paid even though the special offer had ended which arrived the following day. Eventually my parcel got delivered to them and they immediately refunded me the money. Both coats were really smart and I am well happy, lovely coats. A special mention must go though to the EXCELLENT communication I received from them, mainly via the on-line chat facility, which works superbly and is instant. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you very much for all your help.
I have been buying Jackets from these guys for the last 10 years. They offer all types of leather garments all of which are fantastic quality. Their made to measure jackets are exceptional and Very comfortable to wear. Friendly expert service
I ordered a leather jacket online from Upper class fashions and it arrived where we live on the Isle of Wight, within 3/4 days. After about the same period of time, I decided it wasn’t quite big enough and it wasn’t comfortable so I got in contact with the shop in Bethnal green road and spoke to Sarah there, telling her that I wanted the next size up.. She was very good and and said no problem although we had cut off an inside label and thrown the original packaging away! She gave me the address of their warehouse in Purfleet which is where I had to return it! I received the larger jacket which is perfect within again 3/4 days.. It should always be this way but as everyone knows, many times it isn’t!! I will definitely use them again. Mike.
Quality items that are worth every penny! Knowledgeable genuine and friendly guys that know what they are doing and selling. If you like leather, than this is the best shop you can find! Don't follow my opinion, go there and see for yourself and remember this tip - as soon as you step in the shop, take a really deep breath and feel the smell! Keep doing what you do and never change, upwards and onwards!
