Julie was lovely and her customer skills on point. There was another very welcoming lady preparing fresh baguettes. Julie made my coffee the way I requested and I really enjoyed it. Good little place to chill out have a coffee and some food before jumping on a train. Nice and fresh and good seating area too.Food: 5/5
Tea served in a large cup but asked for a small cup! Assistant automatically put milk in coffee but not in tea but never asked if we wanted milk. She was sniffing and stuffing a tissue up her nose while serving. Not hygienic. Tables sticky. Far too expensive for a cup of coffee and a cup of tea. Not impressed. I can’t recommend any food as we didn’t have any.
Southampton Central Train Station Cafe. The food was nice and fresh, a good coffee and a brilliant service, the person serving today was lovely, and kind with my daughter who has special needs, she gave her time to choose, spoke to her directly and and her questions accordingly. It's these small things that make a big difference. Travelling today will be pleasant and calm. Thank you
Apart for it being quite large and quite is about the only good thing. A bit grotty, and the girl serving need to learn to speak and interact with customers, a please, thank you and a smile might be nice, rather looking like she’d had a heavy night out before and couldn’t be bothered to be there… great experience? Ok, I didn't have great expectations, but sadly worse than expected. I ordered a tea, I know, you shouldn't order tea from coffee bars, but seriously bag in, milk in, there you go. Yuck. Then almond croissant. Raw! Literally raw dough. How hard can it be? Surely you just put it in the oven and push the button for croissant? Considering saving it, till I get back and asking for a refund. Yuck yuck yuck! Vegetarian options: Sausage roll.

Called in for coffee and a baguette at 1205 pm and a delightful young lady served us with brilliant coffee and outstanding avocado and chicken baguette.Food: 5/5
Hi had an amazing experience with the staff off Sam and she was very helpful and made me feel welcome. She was there for my needs and was very kind and showed me where things were.
