Pret a Manger

Friendly & proficient staff, clean environment and many dairy alternatives rice coconut, oat & soya. Despite many students coming during lecture breaks, the staff always serves in patience, and it takes only few minutes to get the coffee.

All of the staff are so friendly here, and make a good cup of coffee! It can get really busy at times, but they never show you how stressful it must be. I've got the coffee subscription which makes it amazing value for money tooFood: 5/5

This Pret needs some real training. A lot of the staff are rude and unhelpful. The drinks are often made wrong or to a very low standard burned milk or cold drinks when they should be hot... The staff also seem to make drinks worse when you have a subscription, as if its a free drink, when its not its £25 per month. I also have to mention that the bald man who seems to be a manager is rude, unhelpful and I have on occasion seen him pour a premade drink into my reusable cup... meaning that it was luke warm at best and tasted awful...

Their delivery service lets them down. Have used a lot for work lunches and have been let down on numerous occasions by there not being the correct items delivered. Tried calling the restaurant but they were not interested in re-delivering the missing items and just said to request a refund from just eat.

I find Pret a bit pricey but the staff are welcoming and have a lot of people to serve because it is on the University campus. The food and drinks are lovely for the price. It does get quite busy during term time. Wheelchair accessibility: All on flat ground level so very easy access.

On god these staff treat u like that one person you'd have in ur class that everyone found annoying. These lot serve u with the deadest energy known to man. Even McDonalds employees are happierFood: 3/5

They have best chocolate croissant in town
