Server cant give me a cup of tea without a plastic top. Probably because they are following 'health and safety'. I am looking to have a drink whilst waiting for the train from a vendor that respects the environment, their staff and their customers. If someone works out how to do this they could make a lot of money because people will enjoy the experience and come back.
The member of staffing young chap serving us today was very disinterested. Didn't ask what we wanted I had to interrupt him talking to a colleague to order my food. When I said we were eating in he stuck the baguettes in a paper bag anyway with no explanation. I ordered two hot drinks which he gave to us without a please thank you or kiss my ass! Never mind smiling I think his face may have cracked. The girl working there was not much better either. Surely there are better customer service type people out there that could say hello and smile when serving the customer!!? I shan't return here!!
Revolting unfresh food thats served below luke-warm temperatures with cheese that's not even melted and 2 incompetent disinterested staff that don't know what customer service is. And if that's not enough there is alot of advertising which is very unclear what the deal is looking very cheap but when you actually learn about the t&c's, its not worth pursuing.
It says it's open til 4 on a Sunday... yet every single time I get there at 3:45 they are closing up early.
Nice place to relax, have a drink and a snack while you wait for your train or meeting people.
Nice food a bit expensive
