I do not like the staff one bit! they make just want to stay in bed and stay unwell. always rude over the phone and always asking me questions i'd rather speak to a doctor about and then refuse me an appointment because they don't want me to,in her words 'spread my germs to others in the waiting room.' Im sick of this subpar medical centre we have in this uni.

Rude unhelpful staff, you always get fobbed off with seeing a nurse who normally doesn’t know what’s wrong with you. They treat students like you are just stupid.

people might die on Friday or Saturdays so please open on weekends and have a brain to think that students might need medical attention and find it inconvenient.

The times I went, I got turned away because they couldn't help me in any way. Nurse had to check Google to look up the condition I was talking about and where else in Hertfordshire she could send me since she couldn't help me. They think that because most patients are students that all our health issues stem from stress and there's nothing they can do. Patronising, not interested in the patients and useless. Felt way worse after going there.

They never let me see a doctor always a nurse, nurse hardly looked in my throat and said my ears were too small to see anything. Nurses clearly don't know what they're doing as she asked me to repeat myself 4 times as she kept forgetting what I'd said.
