Little Bushey Surgery is fantastic!!! The receptionists are very kind and helpful. I never had any problem in emergency bookings. They provide excellent advice to patients. Dr Patel is a great doctor, listens to your concerns and provide medicine and support. I have never seen such a humble doctor like Dr Patel. God bless her. This is the only surgery which is providing same day emergency appointments. They have never disappointed me like all other surgeries.

Very disappointed by the service provided by the receptionist Debra. I Live at neighbourhood with my family HALF mile form this GP ,she give me registrations forms two days before and she confirmed that we can register with this GP.. But this morning she was to busy with her colleague making coffee and no bothers taking my registration forms ,but instead to get rid of me she said you are out of GP catchment area. I have make a complain to NHS.

Really disappointed by the service provided by the receptionist. I had all the documents ready to register as a new patient but apparently I couldn't be registered as 'we don't know you'...hopefully Attenborough Surgery, which is only a couple miles away, had a great receptionist who has been able to register me as a new patient with the same amount of information I've provided to this surgery.

I've booked two appointments within the past three days and both when I called the same day. Both doctors, I can't remember the name of the first but the second was Dr Johnson were to the point and quickly gave me the correct medication. Receptionists are very busy and stressed with lots of high maintenance patients calling and visiting so you wouldn't expect the red Carpet treatment but the are very pleasant nevethess. I'd recommend them 100%

Little bushey amazing surgery. I moved here about a month ago from southern grey medical centre in watford which had great doctors but service and getting appointment etc was literally a nightmare. Impossible to get any help. I have only had 3 doctors appointments at LBS but I can say this place is fantastic! This place has helped me more in the last 2 months than my previous surgery did in the last 5 years. They have offered me the best help I could ask for and all on the NHS of course. True professionalism. I have back issues and have had them for about 5 years and extremely bad the last year or so. My previous surgery never helped me. This place have offered me appropriate scans, advice and physio etc. I have had two physio appointments with a young gentalman called Adam. (Not sure if he will at the surgery much longer) but he is amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Able to diagnose my problem straight away and to be able to explain why it's bad, what causes the pain, how I should help it etc. He goes into detail about why the problem has occurred and how to improve it. Anyone who suffers with Back pain knows how bad it can be but I couldn't ask for any better help and advice. This is probably the best review I have ever given on Google. Well done guys and thank you so much :)
