Fantastic Doctors / Nurses BUT TERRIBLE pharmacy / prescription service. For a year I have had issues with my prescription - it goes missing - its not done on time - i get 14 tablets instead of 28 for no reason when I pay for it - get told ill be called back and I never do - I dread going in there to collect its terrible.!

They look after my sister who has been suffering from a long standing illness very well. She lives locally and she gives it the highest possible recommendation as a caring and wonderful surgery.

Urgent 'turn up and be seen' appointments are great but the option should not be abused. The general appointments arrangement is fairly prompt but if you want to be seen by a particular doctor you may have to wait an extra couple of days. Been with the practice for 34 years and have found them to be between acceptable and outstanding!

Never been happy with this surgery. Between 2-3 weeks waiting to see a doctor. Emergency appointment all gone at 9 a.m. Have to persist to make a reference for any reason. Never git better with their prescription even for a flu.
