Totally perfect care for our child. We went to the emergency at 10pm, our boy had high fever and yearache. We are here only for a few days and we must go home by plane. So we explained our situation to doctor and he made everything what he could do thanks dr. Ahmed. The hospital is new, clean, children part is colourful and full of the newest equipment. We are foreigners, so all people in hospital used easy english to describe me everything. They have a translating computer, we didn’t need it, but there is this possibility too. Thanks for the best care.
Had an appointment with one of the clinics here. It was such a good experience, from the speed of receiving the referral, the lovely supportive staff to the professionalism of everyone involved. The hospital felt really clean and modern. I felt cared for and like a human whose experience really mattered. I genuinely can't fault it. Thanks UCH.
I am grateful how I was treated there...Nice environment, kind staff and super doctors. Dr Julian Hague who did the operation was great.nAll nurses nice I forgot their names: all were nice and sweet especially Alfred who works with Dr Hague..nI had a surgery there and in few days after discharged I was called to be asked how I am, how do I feel, if I need something they will go to ask a doctor for me....nice....nI will be back on September for another surgery.
THE WORST anaesthetic department ever!! They have completely ruined my life. I was a fit and healthy person that ended up in ICU. The most painful and traumatic birth experience one can possibly ever experience. 4 epidural’s in my back all done within a 6 hours timeframe. Dr Kapsokalyvas punctured me on the 2nd attempt, he was clearly not trained enough to work under pressure, which led to 2 unsuccessful spinal injections, another one attempted - did not work then also. I was taken into emergency c -section surgery, it was very evidently clear that epidurals were not working on me, Dr Hirst went ahead with what he thought was best, and everyone in the surgery room could see how much distress I was in throughout the entire surgery. Not sure why they didn’t offer me an alternative rather than injecting my spine again and again. In the end, they had to put me to sleep as it was difficult for them to stitch me up , as I was moving around and screaming in pain. I do not want anyone else to go through what I went through. My life has changed from a healthy person to hardly being able to walk for 10 minutes unless with additional support, mostly bedridden for the last 7 months unable to take care of my own baby. I have a number of medical complications now. AVOID AT ALL COST PLEASE. Taking action against them for taking away my first motherhood experience and for making my life hell.
Improper treatment, lack of respect, disrespect for patients, hurting their feelings, canceling appointments without the patient’s knowledge and setting random appointments, chaos in the hospital, no management, the height of failure. Everyone should know that this hospital is in a very miserable condition and is not suitable for a visit. Finally When I got there after several attempts and a long time of waiting and giving me about my work and the weather temperature and paying for the specifications of the car they told me that they had met my appointment and that they were at the peak of failure Thank you Aladen
