I was in labour pain, screaming and shouting on the bed. My husband didn't know what to do. He called the ambulance, paramedics staff said they can't do much. My husband called uclh labour ward, he talked to her, she said pass phone to me, the nurse was telling me off for calling the ambulance, at first place I was not in a stage to do anything. Instead of reassuring me she was telling me off. The worst nurse I have ever seen in my life.

Went to A&E over the weekend. was sent for an X-ray and the radiographer (young Asian woman) was very hostile/abrupt and asked me to lie on an X-ray couch without any couch roll despite the bed looking dirty. She then sent me to the wrong place to wait which delayed my care. I feel concerned that someone with such a disregard for patient safety is working within such a reputable hospital.

I had a total anatomical shoulder replacement at UCLH a month ago. All the staff were fantastic- professional, friendly , efficient and extremely hard working. This was true of everyone from the man delivering the food, the ward staff, physiotherapists, specialist nurse, Anaethetists and the Orthopaedic team. Even the food was delicious! The whole post up follow up has also been excellent. I cannot praise the hospital enough!

I went into a and e on orders from the out of hours doctor, after previously using the 111 service. I went in with a serious concern and was interrupted and treated incredibly rudely and in an extremely and unnecessarily difficult way. I have been left feeling like I cannot get access to treatment at this hospital, and yet I have been told this is the only hospital in London that can treat me. Please spend my tax money on less ineffective triage staff. This is quite disgraceful.

I can not express enough how much i appreciated the service. the staff are very polite and great at their job. by far the best hospital i have visited.
