My mother had her diabetes eye screening, service was great and the person carrying out the test was also well mannered and would listen to my mothers concern.

The Rheumatology clinic is brilliant. All staff members are dedicated and you are consulted and treated well. Great communication and no hierarchy visible.  I have been treated with respect and dignity and the staff can't do enough for you. The consultants remember you by name and are kind and caring. I am happy to have my care at this hospital as it is the best I have been to.

Great hospital. Doing their best under difficult cut backs. Staff are lovely and friendly even if the interior of the building needs a  it of TCL.

Over the years the place and service has deteriorated badly with no real way of communicating patient care.  Quite demoralising and worrying.  Three time I tried to get through to Dr Sutcliffes secetary only to find the person has not emptied her message machine so i could not leave a message.  That  is bad practice ashamed to say.
