It is a far cry from what a private hospital should be like. They forgot they are private and we paid for our newborn son to be treated there. We have filed a complaint with the management team but NO ONE bothered to respond. We got an email saying it was their mistake but it didn’t include a single apology. They think they are above the law. I find it a dangerous place where they first try to put the blame on you, for a mistake they made. Happily launched into legal action threats and bullying, even when we had a proof the mistake was on their part. When it was finished and they finally acknowledged that we were right all along, none of the people who harassed us said “sorry”. They treated us with so much incompetence and disrespect. I would never trust them with my son’s life. If you think you will be better off here than anywhere else - think twice. This is horribly run place.

They saved my son's life at this hospital and gave us a lot of emotional support when he was unwell. I am forever grateful for their care, attention to detail and how they always put my son's life first. Thank you X

Our son was treated here successfully by physio. Paid in full by our insurer. One of the 5 appointments they lost track of the payment for, and for over 2 years they pursued and threatened us personally for payment. Money that they had all along. Every time I phoned them, proved they had the money (even giving the bank transfer ID number), they said “ok” and 6 months later they chase us again. We found out that they never once checked with our insurer in all that, despite having all the details and making 4 other claims with no issue. It came to a head when they referred us to debt collectors. We were afraid to open our front door! Eventually they bothered to check their records, found that they had the money all along, and unapologetically they wrote us that “the money was found.” Frankly I think it’s a scam, we were so stressed, and intimidated that we nearly just paid at one point. I had both my boys circumcised here as newborns (for health and hygiene reasons). Each time I have been very happy with how it was handled from start to finish. For my boys it appeared to be virtually pain free, and in each case, they healed within a week. It's been much easier to keep them clean now that there is no foreskin there, and the result looks comfortable for both of them. I would readily recommend this place if you are expecting a baby boy and plan on having him circumcised.

Very poor healthcare facility. We went here as my girlfriend and baby daughter just relocated to the UK and we did not have time to understand how to get our baby visited by the NHS quickly, so given her issue was urgent we went here. The doctor was very unhelpful and always on a rush (we had 4 appointments), in some cases even more in a rush than the average NHS GP. Yes, the place is clean and well kept but the level of medical practice is absolutely below average (in my UK experience) and I would never recommend it. Just go through the NHS.
