Taking a long list of medications and having an equally long list of conditions, my bracelet has given hospital doctors all the correct information at the instant it is required. I no longer have to carry everything on sheets of paper. A great product that I take with me everywhere and I have been very pleased to have it in emergencies.

After checking out this company on the internet the id band was just what i 
wanted, having epilepsy it made good sense to have all my details at hand so to speak however what a mistake i made.I placed my order when it arrived it was the wrong size but it was manageable then after wearing it twice it snapped and getting a replacement was a joke.I wanted a silicone band engraved and they couldnt get that right either. After contacting them on numerous occasions about the errors eventually after about 7 weeks i got what i asked for.I ordered a similar silicone band from another company engraved it arrived in three days. Im afraid i certainly wont be dealing with this company any more.
