Recently visited Baker Brothers after receiving a very strong recommendation from a colleague of mine. I am still speechless and was absolutely blown away by the warm hospitality and amazing service delivered by the team there. They really take the time to understand you as an individual and support in anyway that they can! Jennie is amazing, from the moment I was I introduced I could tell I was in safe hands, her knowledge and experience is truly mind blowing. Jennie took the time and care to guide me through my purchase and make sure that I was comfortable at every stage, and better still I’ve walked away with a beautiful new timepiece for my collection. The team are all amazing, Clare kindly spent the time and care with me in Jennie’s absence, another individual who is a real asset to the wonderful team at Baker Brothers! A final special mention and thank you to John who is always courteous and welcoming and ensures that I feel safe on every visit. You’d honestly be mad to go anywhere else…Thank you again, and hopefully will see you again soon.

I booked a consultation at Baker Brothers to enquire about a watch. Upon arriving I was warmly greeted and made to feel welcome. Tanya was fantastic and more than happy to answer my questions. All the staff were very knowledgeable, professional and kindly spent time to develop an excellent rapport with me. I have to say that the overall customer service experience was outstanding.

I had a bespoke resetting of a very,very special family ring. Lisa and the staff were polite, courteous and knowledgable. How It Should Be.... Good old fashioned customer service so the "never knowingly undersold" big players need to play catch up. Picked up my watch today from caris and after a stressful event with MY bank trying to spend MY money on a transfer, the sense of professionalism and understanding from the team of Lisa & Caris especially was WOW !!!! Absolutely brilliant beyond belief and forget the big groups who show contempt when you walk into their outlet, this is old fashioned values and service, the likes of we need to keep alive in our towns and cities... Bravo baker brothers... Ooh and not to forget lizzie for the call, Thank You
