Quality job, from start to finish. Fitters cleaned as they went, minimal mess, polite and quick to answer any queries I had.
Really nice staff, a guy called Justin helped us today. He was very helpful & knowledgeable. He wasn’t sales driven at all which felt good. Very good selection of products. Definitely worth popping in.
AVOID DON’T USE Had 3 carpets fitted in total and had nothing but problems. Overpriced for what is promised to be good quality but far from it loads of problems with both sets of fitters and carpet being faulty . Carpet cut wrong had to return then damage caused to skirting boards , walls and other parts of the house no real communication after complaining a derogatory offer of £20 tried a few times both my wife and I . Honestly AVOID at all costs much better companies out there , typical attitude of once they have your money don’t really care . The photos I’ve included are just some of the issues we’ve had with this company
After visiting 5 carpet stores in last 2 days I must say Scunthorpe branch of United Carpets &Beds was absolute BEST. Not only we've met the most friendly and knowledgeable team and walked out with exactly everything we needed but also got amazing tips on raising our new puppy Thanks guys!x You're amazing
We have had 3 carpets layed in the last 3months. They are all very good quality and the staff in the shop was very helpful. Not pushing sales on us and happy to help when we was ready. We have also just ordered a new bed from them too. Thank you everyone in the shop.
Friendly and helpful staff. Large selection to choose from. No pushy sales tactics. Additionally, they were happy to reschedule my second carpet fitting when I had a problem decorating! Fitters contact you on the day, advise a time and keep you up to date. Well mannered and quickly completed. Off cuts left neat and tidy in the corner. Will be back! Thank you.

Our 4th purchase from these guys. Had a stairs carpet fitted and wooden floor in living room. Absolutely fantastic job by all fitters. 5 stars for the fitters unfortunately can’t same the same about sales staff
Not impressed at all. Never told I had to dispose of my old carpet before fitters. Paid for an underlay and noticed when no old underlay was removed that they had covered over my underlay. When questioned claimed it wasn't on the invoice. Their copy was a duplicate of mine. Never use again
