Recently purchased a new bed frame for our daughter. Lots of choice, very very good quality. Beds are not the same poor quality that others sell online. Very happy with service from sales through to delivery. Happy, honest staff. Very happy with our purchase. Highly recommend!

I bought a mattress today and the gentleman who sold me it was so helpful but not at all pushy, and he helped me get the right mattress for me, all while listening to what I wanted from one.  Also, while the shop is wheelchair accessible, the salesman made it more accessible and even showed me clearer and wider paths.  I’ll gladly buy from here again.

The sales process fails to include all options to consider and is only focussed on a sale. Delivery is not the two weeks stated but is five. Once the mattress  is delivered there is zero customer support. I would warn anyone considering this company.

Avoid this store! My recommendation. I buy a wardrobe for over £900. from Germany. Waiting for delivery 7 weeks. Arrived with side panel defects and some parts missing! After waiting another 6 weeks to replace the defective panel. After 6 weeks, another panel arrived with more paint defects than the first. So don't waste your time and money...

We spent over £2k on a bedroom set from this store. Two of the wardrobes were from the shop floor as a previous customer no longer wanted them so we were told they were reduced. Seeing the items in store they seemed sturdy and looked really nice.  Once delivered the one double wardrobe was damaged on the side, we were told they had spotted this as they were preparing to load for delivery but we found this out isince t was not mentioned. We accepted a £50 refund because we needed the wardrobes and had been waiting some time. Over the next few days the wardrobes and drawers became more and more trickety until one of the shelves in the wardrobe  collapsed then a second and the back came away.  The store asked for photos and then wanted to see it for themselves. Collection  was arranged and the store representative told my husband because they were unable to return the item to the manufacturer because of the timeframes, they would repair it and resell.  Avoid at all costs  very expensive. Looks good until you get up close and try to use.

Recently bought a new bed base from here.  Great customer service and advice given plus a lovely quality product delivered.

I would give ten stars if I could ! The staff were very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased an adjustable electric bed for my elderly mother here in April. The manager went beyond the call of duty and managed to organise a much quicker delivery time than was initially expected - a big help for my mother. The delivery depot communicated well, and the delivery guys were super helpful. It's refreshing to receive such great all round service. Thank you, it is very much appreciated.
