My wife and I were looked after exceptionally well yesterday. When the bed we ordered is delivered, it will have to be manoeuvred through a narrow and awkward turn at the top of the stairs. Despite careful measurement of the gap, we were worried that the bed would be too big to go through it. David, the man who looked after us, not only gave us a great deal of helpful advice, but even came with us to our house to assess the gap and the likelihood that the bed would be able to pass through. We took up a lot of his time, and greatly appreciated the efforts he made on our behalf.
We had a great 1-1 experience in store. Lloyd, the manager, was extremely knowledgeable and intuitive to what we needed in a new mattress. As a couple we dislike the usual “salesperson patter” and he immediately tuned in to that. He showed us the mattresses we would be happiest with, without taking us all around the houses - so to speak! All in all a brilliant buying experience with a fabulous down to earth, but highly professional, salesperson. We would highly recommend.
The staff were fantastic gave me space to look at goods and matched the online offers. Polite friendly and really knew what they were talking about. No pressure just expertise that helped me make the right decision for me. Making the purchase was quick and easy with lots of confidence and so friendly and reassuring. I’ve already recommended to friends including you can’t beat the real life experience and face to face knowledge - and trying g the bed was what I needed to decide. Bought my first bed from them 8 years ago and will always buy again
The sales advisor was polite and efficient. Listened to our request and didn't try to hard sell other products we didn't request. Great customer service. Advisors name was Lloyd.

The Manager in the Scunthorpe store named Lloyd has made our experience amazing ! He was attentive , helpful and a lovely person we spent ages just chatting he was patient with us going home to measure the space we had for the bed , he explained all the different options to us, and made the whole purchase smooth step by step. He is a credit to the company and I will definitely reccomend him to our friends and family !
Spoke to Lloyd very knowledgeable and helpful young man. Asked us what exactly we were looking for showed us numerous options and let us peruse at our leisure.Assisted us with any queries we had re different types of materials and mattresses and helped us make a choice without any pressure.
After a difficult first order experience, manager Lloyd sorted everything out very quickly and smoothly for us. On the day of delivery Ben & Wayne were fantastic and took our new mattresses to the bedroom with great care and courtesy to our property. Very pleased with our Benson for Beds experience!
Friendly service from buying the goods to the delivery. And delivered on time. Very efficient. Although it would be nice to get a goodwill gift for cash.
The full process from going into the shop, given a date and then the delivery was amazing, did as what I was told, Excellent Customer Service, many thanks
