The employee was very rude when I asked len to help. I got my finger and asked him to come as he was a few Isles away and I did not shout. He said he is refusing to serve me as he was not a dog although I don't know many dogs that would understand. He did serve me but he was very pedantic in everything he did. He was very old and maybe he should not work with the public if that is how customers are being treated. It's a shame as it was the 1st time I had used this b and q so I'm not impressed. Maybe he was having a bad day. I did ask and he said he wasn't so maybe that's his treatment of customers all the time.

Came here looking for paint and wardrobe doors. Everything we wanted regarding paint was perfect, but there were no wardrobes in this store.

Staff member who helped us could not do more to help me with what i required for my plumbing problem. Very good service.

B & Q hold 99% of the products I normally need, the staff are 90% helpful/ happy but I must say a big thankyou to a young man called Jamie. I needed help in the decorating department and I have never had the pleasure of such polite/ happy/ helpful attendance
Thankyou Jamie ( that's all I could see on your badge) if there's another Jamie then take heed of each other
