This place is AMAZING kitchens beautifully displayed FULL of wonderful ideas. Very knowledgable accommodating staff totally faultless exceedingly helpful, giving and offering so much help its great. Love love love this place do well worth a visit. I thank them.
Absolutely great. Friendly staff, no pressure sales tactics. 1st visit decided on basic design, and where to put the main items. 2nd visit confirmed small items, like taps and handles and even changed a cupboard. They are also there to help, via a call or a quick visit. The fitter they booked us in with is brilliant, he has given us lots of advice for flooring and tiles too.. which we will be getting in ready for him to do for us. We have not come across any problems, just lots of help and advice.
My second visit to confirm the finer details. Lovely experience. Kieran is great at his job. Friendly and patient as I'd changed my mind on quite a bit! Very knowledgeable. Even got the lift for me as I'd hurt my knee! Can't fault the experience so far.
HoreWRENdous Hell's Kitchen The first "designer" we spoke to was great, then he was sacked, the second designer quit. The third designer was okay I suppose. Arranged delivery which arrived minus a dishwasher and kitchen sink kinda important for a new kitchen Delivery driver had zero clue "maybe you have to assemble it yourself?" "It's a Belfast sink, I hope not" No indication that sink and dishwasher would not be sent with our original order. No one told us a thing until I spent an hour on the phone chasing it up. They said the sink would arrive the following Saturday. It didn't. They said it would arrive the Tuesday. Book a day off work and again it never materialised, nor did anyone inform us that the sink delivery had been cancelled. They gave us another delivery date, I booked another day off and asked them to email/call the night before if it wasn't turning up. They didn't. Again the sink didn't turn up. Sink eventually turned up three weeks later. Dishwasher a month later. Wall brackets were missing. Tried to use the app to order some, but they were nowhere on there. I Rang and emailed to no avail. Eventually found some on eBay that we could use to fit the units to the walls. The units themselves are fine for the price, and I couldn't fault the installation team as I did it myself after hearing some horror stories about Wren fitters bodging jobs. And don't get the handles from them, it's about half as cheap shopping around than buying what they offer. Managed to get a refund on the dishwasher delivery which should have been counted as being delivered with the first delivery, but whatever. They agreed to a paltry amount of compensation for all of the aborted deliveries and time I wasted waiting for them to not turn up. First, they said 10-14 days, and it never materialised, I chased it up and said an "Admin error" had occurred they forgot. Agreed they would sort it out. They didn't. Chased it up again. Another "Admin error" and they said it would definitely be with me in 10-15 days. Never materialised. Chased it again this morning. Yet another "admin error". So now in the process of launching a complaint against the complaints department. If you love ballaches, Wren is the place for you. Nothing but a headache since the first delivery slot became available. Enter at your peril. I'm tired of complaining now, I just wanted to warn others.
