Have dealt with United Carpets and Beds in Pontefract on many occasions and every time they have been extremely helpful and responsive, even when I couldn't decide what type of flooring I wanted!
Great service, helped me get cushionflor at a great price and helped me save money too, expertly fitted and looks great.
Bought a couple of mattresses and had several rooms and the stairs/landing carpeted by these,no complaints. The work done has been excellent every time,Staff always been helpful and fitters have always been respectful of our property. Will use again whenever the missus decides I need to decorate again.
I'm appalled by the service I received here. Fair enough it was nearly closing time, i understand its a long day. However, he really couldn't be bothered when I was shocked at one of their prices. I do have a budget and it's not huge but I was looking for something affordable. This isn't the place if you need helpful advice. I visited another and they were amazing. One particular member of staff needs training in customer care. I can't speak for the others and they at least smiled. I'm no professional when it comes to carpets...i didn't deserve that service tho!
Very friendly in store service, not committed to buying yet but would recommend from a customer service point of view.
