After recently moving in to our first home we have used the bed shop on numerous occasions for ourselves and our kids. From the in store staff to the delivery team they are very friendly and customer focused not pushy and always give you honest advice. Will always be recommending them to our friends and families.
All staff was very welcoming. Micky the store manager helped us to find the perfect bed and mattress. We couldn’t buy the bed the same day to he helped me over the phone aswell. Always helpful and went the extra mile to make it happen as we lived in Doncaster. The delivery men was so pleasant and had a lot of respect for my house. Even though I said they didn’t have to take there shoes off they still entered and took there shoes off. Great service from all staff. Definitely recommend great service
The Bed-shop Pontefract - Always polite friendly staff, no pushy sales people. Purchased a mattress & was advised according to our needs re quality & firmness, I have to say it’s perfect. The delivery drivers were also very polite & rang the day before to see if that was suitable, they rang on the day to say they were 30 mins away. Nothing was too much trouble as to where I wanted the mattress & they even carried it upstairs ensuring it was where I wanted it. From start to finish it was a first class service. Not my first purchase & won’t be my last. Good Quality ,Service from start to finish & value for money.

Finally somewhere that makes it simple to buy a bed! Walked in told them what roughly I was looking for. So helpful and found exactly what I wanted at half the price to other bed shops. Delivered as promised with no fuss. I will certainly return and recommend
I visited the store on 5th January looking for a new bed frame. I spotted exactly what I was looking for pretty much straight away. The chap I spoke to was friendly, professional and dealt with everything efficiently. He advised that delivery would be 2 to 3 weeks. On 19th January I received a call to book a delivery slot. Once again, the experience was exactly as it was in store. The frame was delivered today, 22nd January. The guys called me 20 minutes before delivery. They assembled the frame exactly where I needed it and took away all packing. Again, all done with the same professionalism as before. Great service. Thank you.

Excellent service from start to finish....don't go anywhere else fory beds and mattresses. Amazing quality and value for money too....highly recommend
Excellent friendly staff. We have been looking for 2 adjustable beds of high quality for a while and found a good range here. We purchased them without any high pressure sales tactics and allowed us to make a considered decision. We were so impressed we purchased two 3 seater settees. Highly recommend
