I bought a double divan and mattress from the bed shop which unfortunately developed a creak at the feet. The manager sorted out a replacement which was of a higher quality than the original base and very happy with it. Thanks much appreciated.

Got a bed for our little boy which was of very poor quality. Desperate for a bed we settled on the second 1 which got delivered which was also scratched and not very well made. After numerous complaints we got a £40 reimbursement
