The main good parts about this accommodation are the location being close to a lot of unis and the staff who are helpful. The main bad bits are the rooms are quite expensive, small and have tiny old bathrooms. You have to pay a lot of money to use the washing machines and there aren't many. The rooms get really hot in the summer. With a parcel force warehouse at the back it is noisy early in the mornings.
Clean, everything worked as it should, including the maintenance and the internet, the staff were always very friendly and helpful. Being so central it's a little on the pricey side and not exactly luxurious, the carpets and other such details are clearly a little older, but living so centrally is very convenient. I stayed for one semester and if I had to stay in London for an extended period again I would probably go back.
The staff are really nice but my fridge wasn't at the right temperature when i arrived and i wasn't told i would need to adjust it so i had food poisoning for two weeks, when i complained nothing happened. My heating barely works in my room and the basic wifi is slow with £99 to upgrade bearing in mind it costs a fortune to stay here.
Stayed here for a year. Within the first week our hobs were constantly on and our fridges were positioned so they constantly opened. We also had no markings on one of the hobs. This problem took almost a month to solve with staff kicking the can down the road putting it off via emails. Would not recommend living here! Poor service and poor investment.
Best student accommodation close to Euston, St. Pancras and King's Cross. Clean and comfy ensuite rooms, walking distance to Camden High street. Outstanding helpfil and friendly staff.
My bike was stolen within the locked gates of this building.
They clean the kitchen only once every two weeks, furthermore they don't do it well!
