No doubt know what theyre talking about and well equipped gym but due to unforseen personal circumstances i was unable to continue my training sessions for a period of time. i informed the instructor and requested a refund with the promise that due to the excellent training standard i would be coming back within 6 months. After being given the run around for several MONTHS i eventually gave up on trying to get a refund to a loss of over £200. I am in no way criticising the level of knowledge and training.  That is one of the most disappointing aspect of my experience. It was probably one of the best training sessions i've had with regards to instructor expertise and teaching style.

Amazing gym with amazing atmosphere. Coaches and members are some of the most supportive, inspiring people I've ever met. A pleasure to visit this place every week :)

One of the best gyms I have ever been too. I have trained all over - Newcastle, Long Benton, Wallsend & even Prudhoe/Hexham - Steve and the team are exceptional at what they do.
