Can’t recommend Body360 highly enough! The body positivity I’ve gained over the last 6 weeks is amazing, I’ve never felt so confident and the changes I’m making are not just physical but mental too! Chris is there for support any time for nutritional advice and mental health advice as well as physical coaching. Greg is also fantastic and really pushes me to my limits when I train! With Body360 i really am making a 360 transformation feeling fitter, happier, healthier and stronger both physically and mentally. The girls PT group are a great bunch and everyone has been so welcoming and supportive, including the guys……there’s no intimidating atmosphere at Body360 unlike some other gym environments.

I would recommend Body360 if your looking for results in a friendly professional gym.  The instructors are so helpful and watch over you to make sure you are getting the best out of your work outs.    100% support and help with food plan.  Very spacious and ventilated with hand sanitizing area and mats cleaned down after single use. Very covid safe.

Been coming here for the last 3 weeks doing the group PT Sessions, I have nothing but praise for Chris the owner and the PT Instructors Casey and Kyren they help you every step of the way with your fitness journey and the support is there 24/7. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone they are brilliant can't wait to carry on my fitness journey here.

I can’t recommend Body360 enough, I’ve attended the women’s Group PT on and off for a few years now and the staff at the gym have educated me so much in regards of weight training and nutrition to support me to get the best results and maintain them. I’ve never felt as confident and strong thanks to the Body360 team, the gym itself has a welcoming atmosphere and everyone who goes to the gym is friendly and all so motivated to see results!

Never before have I been to a gym where the owner takes such a personal ownership for the progress and development of all members. Chris has built a community and culture of success and is testament to the profession.
