The Parks, run by North Tyneside Council, is a state-of-the-art leisure facility based in North Shields

Story

The centre features Fitness suite, Sports hall, Soft Play, Dance studios, Large Bowls Hall, Third generation 5 a-side football pitches, astroturf 11 a-side pitches, hockey pitches, meeting rooms, multi-sensory room & Cafe.

Opening Hours
Monday to Friday 6.45am-10pm
Saturday & Sunday 8.15am - 9pm
(Gym Closes 5pm on weekends)

First time I've been here. Playing football this morning. Cheapest out of all the places I've played. Clean pitches a bit of a walk away from the main centre. There was a dance competition on aswell at the same time so there was an issue with too many cars. Other than that it's a good sports and leisure centre.

clean facilities. a few staff could use customer relations training :D. lots of activities. however, there are no squash courts or swimming pool.
