Genuinely can’t get enough of this place. The spicy broth of the Bun Hue was perfect along with the flavours- left feeling cool and satisfied on such a hot day! I work locally in an office close by to Union Viet. We had a delegation over from Vietnam who wanted to eat Vietnamese food whilst in the uk. I went on a mission to source the best Vietnamese food I could find. I found Su towards the end of my research and I’m so glad I did The little cafe is tucked away on the back streets. When I walked in it instantly felt like the kind of place I’d been searching for. I tried a Banh mi, it was delicious I was sold. Su helped me to put together a menu. Su & her team worked extremely hard to get everything ready for us. They more than delivered. The food looked & tasted amazing. The presentation was excellent. Everyone was very impressed,especially the delegation. I cannot rate this little cafe highly enough. Su is absolutely lovely & I’m so glad my little adventure took me to this hidden gem . Thank you so much to all the team, can’t wait to come back and try some more delicious food Anouska Vegetarian options: Some really good options, very tasty!
I really liked the food, especially the banh mi with the dipping broth. The dining in service is slightly compromised by the delivery orders. So there was a slight delay with the orders coming out. The poor server was rushed off her feet dealing with dine in clients and delivery riders. It was a touch distracting having the drinks blender going off in the main dining area. I’d still go back.
If you’re craving Southeast Asian cuisine, walk away from the bustle of Borough Market to this place. Authentic Vietnamese flavours been to Vietnam a couple of times. And if you want more spice, ask nicely for some extra hot chillies! I ordered Mango with Salt & Pepper, Prawn Pho and Lychee Ice Tea. Everything was delicious.Food: 5/5

A lovely family run restaurant, with a warm atmosphere and fantastic food. The mango smoothie was delicious surprise that complimented the meal. There was a gentle buzz in the room of people enjoying the food and conversation. I would highly recommend.Food: 5/5
The best dish of the three dishes was the bún Huế with fresh ingredients like sliced ginger and lemongrass, and the portions were very generous. It reminded me of growing up in Southern California and the amazing Vietnamese food there. I loved the option of picking chicken with some cha lua. Usually, this dish is heavy on beef and pork, so I appreciated the option of picking chicken, which made the dish feel lighter. Hanna, the server, was so attentive and hardworking. We were impressed. She was working the whole time, never taking a break, including during her downtime, she was sweeping and cleaning nonstop.
The beef Pho and the chicken satay with rice is so delicious! Very kind staff you are made to feel very welcome which I love. Definitely give a visit- you won’t be disappointed.Food: 5/5
Such a hidden gem! Loved the flavour, nourishment and freshness of every mouthful. I highly recommend the pancakes on the specials menu - they were unreal! A quintessential space where you’re made to feel welcomed and cared for. Beautiful service by Macy. Will definitely be back and recommend to all!Food: 5/5
