I ordered the pork belly and rice for £8.50 at lunch time. I found the portion size to be generous, however it was extremely fatty and lacked flavor. They also sell a noodle option as well as coffee to go.
Pitifully small portions compared to similar vendors. Good flavours though. The spring rolls are a guilty pleasure
Vietnamese food for very fast takeaway. Well know for its Pork belly which is great with the noodle salad. Good portions, quite healthy and fast. Spring rolls are nice and not oily. An excellent choice for lunch be quick Pork belly runs out quick Serves good coffee too.
Misleading shop -the summer roll is NOT £1.99 per pack but each and they force you to buy it in a pack of two. The pork banh mi is also dry and tasteless - expensive for £6.50 if you ask me. Avoid this shop - low quality food and poor attitude of staff
Not impressed with the food at this little Viet joint. Had high hopes for the pho which was bland like dishwater. Came back to try the pork with rice which was fatty and had chewy skin instead of crackling. After checking out scores on the doors and discovering they had ZERO stars and now currently only 1 star, I will most definitely not be back to try anything else. Most disappointing. Council should not allow zero and 1 star to continue trading for health risks to customers.
I usually go there for some summer roll fix but last time I have bought Pho and it was exceptionally. There is no better place for pho around! To sum up if you want to eat fresh and tasty, that is the place!
Busy Vietnamese street food styled lunch and breakfast offerings. The egg and bacon rolls are second to none. Also has a built in partnership cafe window manned by baristas from the excellent Giddy Coffee chain - serving Australian/NZ style coffee and Vietnamese ice coffee.
Please DO NOT buy food there. I know for sure that qyozas are frozen and store bought, I've seen, so are spring rolls! Also the hygiene rating this place has is 1 STAR! They just don't display it, to add to that, some staff members are treated horribly too.
having the beef curry, while the seasoning is good, the quality of the beef cuts is really poor. And I'm not the most picky person when it comes to meat, but large lumps of not fully rendered fat are just not great.
Poor value for money. Small portion. Had to pay extra for rice. One curry with an additional springroll totalled in 9.25£ There are better places nearby.
