I spent the money so you don’t have to. I got the three meat rice combo which was lacklustre. The meat was dry and flavourless so was the veg. The meat portions was tiny too. For the amount of money spent £13 there are better options out there… Service was quick I guess?
Got my Bahn Mi BBQ Pork here. It was not bad. The baguette is unfortunately not crispy, however the taste of the pork was ok. Good for a quick bite. It took about 5mins from ordering to getting the food, on a non busy time.
Had Bo Kho Beef Stew. Just okay. There’s only one serving size tends to be big ~ Asian obv at £12 tends to be overpriced, with just a siracha as available condiment. No lime wedge too. First try here. Won’t probably come back
Got My Tho noodle soup and Hoi An Deluxe for me and my friend yesterday, exactly the same as the original ones I had in Vietnam!
If you enjoy eating fat, you'll like this place. If however you'd like some actual meat for your £13, you'll be sorely disappointed.
The food here is not too bad it is a bit tasteless, portion is good especially for London standards. The 4 stars is mostly for the friendly staff who accommodate me for my special request.
After trying the Shoreditch branch I thought I'd give this a go. I ordered the same food as I did for Shoreditch branch - the Original Keu Banh Mi. Service is good at this branch. They seem to be more organised and so customers got their food quicker. The downside is that the Banh Mi I had was more salty. Looks like they put too much Maggi sauce and pork floss. I could taste any chillis either. I would give it 5 stars but because the food was not the same as the Shoreditch branch I gave it 4 stars. Don't get me wrong the food is still good, it's just a bit salty for my liking. Might try again next time to see if things have changed
£10.50 for a Rice Bowl Trio meat feast - I was expecting someting better for this price. Quality of meat was really disappointing, a lot of fat. Duck - extremely dry and hard - black parts of meat on the photo - not possible to eat I’m sure that I will never come back here
One of my favourite places to eat in the city. Can get busy at lunchtime but the service is quick and efficient. Maybe a bit more expensive than your other lunches but worth the difference. A regular haunt for me. Trio meat roast is very very good. Recommended.
I've been going for 5 years. No longer. Prices have gone up to unacceptable level. They charge extra for sauce. This is just greedy esp considering the prices. The fill noodle soup dish with potatoes.
