Left Newcastle as 19 to join the Army and remember Union being just down from Legends! Now returning some 34 years later I was surprised to see it on high bridge. Actually more delighted when I think of all the independent clothes shops now gone, reporter, Marcus Price, Life,  Greys, etc. Great classic selection of understated quality clothes. Could have spent all day wading through the T shirts and looking at the Lee and Edwin Jeans. Bought a Lee flannel shirt and an Edwin T shirt in the end. Good vibe to the shop. Nice and original. Thank you!

Really cool little shop with great brands including my favourite Carhartt. Pleasant, knowledgeable staff. Basically this place is a throwback to days of yore insomuch that it not corporate. If you value personal touches and decent service; this place is for you.

They have a huge selection of Carhartt clothing, which is a brand I really like. They have a much more substantial selection than END.  The staff are really friendly and good to chat to and very helpful when it comes to selecting a suitable piece of clothing. The store is also a laid-back and comfortable space to be in.

Incredibly helpful, had an issue with the zip on a Carhartt jacket and they swapped it without charge very quickly even with the difficulty of living in a different city. They even went through the process of trying to repair it first before deeming that a full replacement would be better. Brilliant small shop!

My No.1 shop for all things Carharrt and Edwin. Top quality stuff with a personal feel. Geoff and Doug are local legends man. 5 stars is not enough.

Went into Union about a week ago in search of a particular bag, the guy working was super helpful and quickly identified exactly what we were looking for, they didn't have any in stock but he checked when the next order was due and let us know what time to come by so we would definitely get one. The most genuinely helpful and positive retail experience I've had in ages! They're always so kind and smiley in there - I would always choose to shop in Union over other similar higher end retailers because their staff are so lovely! Thank you so much Union!

I'd ordered online and they were super helpful when DPD messed up the delivery which wasn't Union's fault at all!. Customer service was mint, and they went out their way to sort the issue quickly whilst keeping me updated on everything. Will definitely buy through them again, and the selection of brands they stock is great.
