I absolutely love Reiss clothing but hate going into the store. Today I went in with my husband as I wanted to try some things on. I've been to this store before where I've had a bad experience with one of the staff and she was there again. When my husband asked her a few questions about an item, this staff wasn't very friendly. A service with a smile goes a long way especially at this time of year.
Came into store today for a browse, was greeted by some lovely members of staff and a great selection of clothing. The staff members was especially attentive and knowledgeable of the store! Would definitely return.
I went in to store yesterday , I came across with 2 staff and non of them acknowledged me to say even hi... What happened to greeting customers? I think specifically one of them was very on to checking herself in the mirror and playing her long hair, more than helping. Thankfully there is a Reiss store in Fenwick! If you need to shop from Reiss simply go to Fenwick , as staff there always amazing, so helpful and go beyond to meet your requirements. I love this brand and I am so saddened to see how one store can ruin my shopping experience with my favourite brand .It has been so long that I have not write a review about a place but had to about this terrible experience.

I visited this store whilst christmas shopping with my wife, the shop assistants could not be more helpful, and as they did not have her size in stock I purchased the garments she wanted online to be delivered to the store 2 days later. When I returned to the store to collect my wife's order. I was treated like something that had been trod into the store. I can only imagine their snooty manner was due to the fact I was dressed in trainers and a hoody as I had ran the 6 miles to the store. The snooty assistant insisted I should be in the mens department even though we had purchased ladies clothes with her colleague who was present!! Ill mannered unprofessional rude and to top it all the garment was faulted!!!!! Over priced clothes with shop assistants that would be best working as traffic wardens! Never again.
Customer service was excellent with a good range of options. The shop associate Dom was very helpful and did a great job of pinning my trousers for me.
Pretty helpful staff, good selection of quality menswear.
What can i say??? My favourite ckothes store!!! Staff akways polite and helpfulf
