Had a piercing today. The space was very hygienic and everything was explained very well, both prior to the procedure and what to do during the healing  time. I would  definitely use this  place again.

I went to Unicorn,on the spur of the moment, and had a ear piercing done by saskia,   it was very professional and quick. This was the first piercing I've had done without a gun, for anybody wandering if it hurt , the answer is no! Couldn't believe it was done so quick. Hygiene and cleanliness was second to none. Don't judge this shop just go and have it done! Best ear piercing I've ever had done. Thanks Saskia, Debbie White.

Everytime I come in the shop the place is crammed with the same group of people who don’t seem to ever buy anything. Making life so much harder as I have to stand around and wait for me to get staffs attention. Thankyou for the young lady who served me

Went in there today to buy a lighter and a few other bits, they were really kind and the lady who helped me was really cute, I was wearing a grey tracksuit and a baseball cap if I can get her name that’ll be great

Nice friendly local store  .vast array of  healing items  .for the smokers in stevenage .quality item .  staff so lovely beautiful  friendly  helpfull lady's.  Use all the time  go get enlightened by the army for healing items .top shop long live unicorn..

Lovely friendly staff, very knowledgeable and able able help with any queries. I went purchase hair dye and booked ear piercing. I had that done today. Very clean and safe. I'm very happy with my new piercing.

Cannot fault my experience getting a piercing, have always loved going into Unikorn from when it was in the indoor market, staff are always super friendly and happy to help, had my piercing done by Beth and was so impressed by how clean & hygienic everything was kept. Would definitely recommend  x
