Went in on the 06/02/22 to try and get a watch battery for my watch guy took my watch out back to change was waiting for a while thinking what was taking so long. he then comes out and says can’t change as hard to get in to being a Armani watch he said would have to send off or try somewhere else upon leaving I looked at watch and saw that was scratched where they tried to get in to it but was after I left so didn’t go back as though they would at was already there which it was not after this went to Timpson‘s where the guy done it quick easy and scratch free
I visited the store as I was looking for a gift. My anniversary is on the horizon. There was one person out front who was serving another customer. She rose from her desk briefly, and at that point I expected her to say "I'll be with you shortly" or at least find someone to help me. No such luck. She didn't even look at me let alone acknowledge me. After a few more minutes I decided to leave the store. On my way back past, I saw the second store assistant, but I didn't bother to go in. That experience has soured my opinion of this particular store and I wonder if the hue of my complexion had any bearing on weather I was made to feel invisible.

I went here to get a watch battery replaced. The staff are helpful and the quote was reasonable, however unfortunately they didn't have the right tool to open my fossil, though they are listed as a fossil provider on the fossil website.
Myself and my fiance visited this store looking for wedding rings. Jude assisted us in our search and was both helpful and very knowledgeable. Great experience!
DO NOT ORDER FROM WEBSITE. I ordered a watch from the website to give as a gift. Delivery date was shown as 3rd November and I'm still waiting for it to be delivered. The delivery company they use have cancelled 4 times. They also don't give you a time slot so you have to wait in all day until they inevitably cancel again. Tried complaining to Earnest Jones directly via e-mail but received no response so I tied bringing it to their attention through a poor product review on their website and they were more concerned with preventing the review from being posted that actually resolving the issue! Worst customer service I've ever had. Avoid at all costs.
Took a brand new Tissot watch in to have a new bracelet fitted as they were my nearest authorised dealer. They badly scratched the watch and the bracelet leading to a 2 month wait and both the watch-case and the bracelet being replaced by Tissot. They get two stars as they covered the cost £300 but I won't be going back.
WOULD GIVE ZERO IF I COULD my fiance had to order a new Neil Lane engagement ring in March newly enagaged as the shop assistant advised to due to it being a tiny bit too big and they couldnt resize as it would loose diamonds. Our original date for the delivery was 19th May, with the virus we expected delay.. this was moved to 24th July. Since then we have never recived my engagement ring.. we did however recieve A WATCH for a different customer with a different address on! The store was very shocked and found out after a few days that it was in fact in the warehouse still and would send it out straight away... 2 weeks later still NOTHING. After numerous amounts of phone calls, time out of work to go to the store and many tears we STILL DO NOT HAVE THE RING 5 STARS TO EMMA THOUGH.. SHE WAS AMAZING AND THINK IF SHE WAS BACK AT WORK SHE'D HELP ME<3
Emma was incredibly helpful! We didn't look like the sort of people who would shop there but she treated us exactly the same. Came out with a lovely watch for my 18th!
Went in this morning after I stupidly got a too small ring stuck on my finger!!! The ring wasn’t from there but the lady was absolutely lovely and cut it off free of charge. I didn’t get her name but thank you so much.
