I’m pretty fussy but have too say these guys are the best by a clear mile. Great selection, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Not interested in profit above all else. Do their own modifications and repairs on the premises, much faster turnaround. Brilliant, just brilliant, could not recommend any higher.
I visited this fabulous looking jewellery store yesterday and was very impressed with a very knowledgeable jeweller who assisted me.They have a brilliant variety of jewellery for all budgets. I spent a while in the store, they made me a coffee and I left with plenty of options for a forthcoming purchase. I will certainly visit Kloofs of London in the near future.
I had the claws on my engagement ring repaired, I was very please and pleasantly suprised with the cost!
Staff friendly have some great jewellery but website lets it down
By far the best service I have ever received! I needed my late mother’s engagement ring repaired and after speaking to Peter, he completely put my mind at ease. I collected the ring today, and I’m absolutely over the moon with it. It looks more beautiful than ever and it means so much to be able to wear it again. Friendly and efficient, and now the only place I will be taking any more jewellery to in the future. Thank you again for an incredible service.
The quality of the work is fantastic and the expertise is second to none. Always polite, honest and a pleasure to do business with. Very highly recomended, i will never go to anyone else.
Great place for getting something different from the other jeweller's dont have
We came in to have a ring resized, not only did he do it the same day but did an amazing job, we only had 24 hours before our wedding and we were so pleased we found them. Excellent service and very friendly helpful staff, couldn't be happier
