Story

Set in the leafy suburb of Harborne, Umami Indian Kitchen delivers authentic, home style Indian cuisine with a taste of distinction. Our head chef Mandeep Bajwa has decades of experience working in some of the finest culinary establishments in the subcontinent and the Middle East.

First time ordering will definitely order again! We had set meal for 2 there was more than enough. The food was very tasty & spicy arrived in a timely manner & the free popadoms were a nice touch.
Very tasty Indian restaurant in harborne opposite the swimming baths. Curries here very unique and adventurous. Highly recommended I was impressed. A little expensive but not surprising for the harborne area.
Had a great meal delivered today from Umami, went for the Vegan meal deal for 2 and it didn't disappoint! Even my 5 yr old, who is a little fussy at times, ate everything on his plate! Looking forward to trying more from the menu next time!

Extraordinary! Not much else to say. Great service, incredible Indian food, cosy vibe and atmosphere is relaxing. Highly recommend will definitely be coming again! 10/10
