I found using this storage company was really easy, and having never used storage before the fact there was always a friendly person on the end of a phone to answer any of my many questions was really helpful. They put me at ease with setting up the storage and when it came to move out the same applied. I will def recommend/use this company again if the need arises!
I recently moved between homes and had to find a storage company that was handy. After scanning the Internet I came across uk storage. I phoned them and spoke to a very helpful gentleman, I booked and used the storage for 8 months as we were remodeling our home. Every time I phoned UK storage they were polite and helpful, the unit was clean and very secure. Parking and entry to the storage was very easy. The question would I use them again? Yes definitely superb storage.
I've never been more pleased or appreciative of a companies help, and would highly recommend them to none looking to make a one off use or long term contract. I would have lost everything I had, but cost and sizing of varying units meant I didn't have to make a tough decision of what to loose and try replacing later. Life throws ll sorts of curv balls, and I would happily turn to these guys again in a shot. Keep an eye out on offers for units or timescales and this can really save you a lot more money. Many thanks to all the team.
I needed storage for a short time and this was easy to arrange. I felt that this storage facility was secure and safe. I never felt unsafe when putting objects in my unit and some of my visits were at night. The unit was securely locked with my own lock which was new in its sealed package. When it came time for me to empty the unit it was easy to phone and confirm that the it was no longer needed, emptied and that I had taken the lock away. Good service and should I need storage in the future I would not hesitate to use again.
Very clean and well presented storage facility. Extremely safe, polite and very helpful staff... even has a clean & well kept toilet. Would recommend to anyone, especially at the current prices.
A change of home and frightening removal costs combined with a lack of availability forced me to come up with a plan B. I rented 2 units at UK storage in Fareham and using hire vans moved as much as possible prior to completion on our new home. All done in a bit of a rush but UK Storage staff were exceptionally quick and proficient and gave useful experiences based advice when assessing my requirements which meant that both units were on the ground floor. I am NEVER EVER moving house again but I can highly recommend this company's services based on my experience at the Fareham facility.
24hr access and good prices. They offered the best deal in the area, after I called 5 other storage companies.
