Superb staff and great facilities. Would give 10 stars if possible. Customer assistant Karl was extremely helpful and made me look no further at any of the competitors. Great service at a great price. Highly recommend!

I had a house removal nightmare and needed storage urgently. It was late in the afternoon, snowing and I was in a state of panic. I spoke to Mittch on the phone who calmed me down and was more than ready to help. On arrival, both Mittch and Karl were amazing - making the process fast and easy. On a day that went wrong due to the incompetence of other companies - these guys stood out as professionals with a heart.

I left 5 stars, but actually I wanted to leave 6 stars!!!! I've been a customer with big yellow Reading for 3 years. the team is absolutely fantastic! I go to the storage 5 days a week, they looked after me very well, I feel like a second home. I've recommended it to some of my friends, and definitely will continue to do so.

Superb service. Everything clear and easy. Karl was extremely helpful and attentive. The store is great - very bright, and clean, and simple to use. And a nice big lift. I'm sorted!

Mittch and Craig, looked after me when I arrived offered me a tea and coffee before going through the paperwork - which was nice. They put me at ease straight away as this is all new to me. Everywhere is clean and tidy and everyone you meet are very friendly. Would highly recommend.
