I don t even know why I have given them 2 stars....We moved from Vancouver Canada to the UK and although they seemed great initially...promising this and that...as time went on...and there were constant delays in our delivery...lack of information...excuses excuses...finally said our things would be delivered and now they have just told my wife that there not sure if it will be delivered at the date promised. Really unprofessional...not pleased what so ever with this company and would not use them again nor recommend them.

Very poor at keeping customer updated. No tracking information given. Nice people once you speak to them, but customer must constantly chase. Unprofessional record keeping - only the move manager seems to have any shipment information, and the rest of the staff cannot see it. I used Pickfords in 2013 to move to the USA from the UK, and I was a very happy customer. My good experience prompted me to use them again to return in 2017, however after this latest move, I would not use them again. Without telling me, they seem to have acted only as a broker and did not directly handle any part of my move. They subcontracted the removal packing and shipping, and also the delivery to my UK address from port of arrival. Perhaps I should have used an American company to ship this direction ie from USA to UK. Or perhaps the company has gone downhill since insolvency rescue in 2012. Either way, I won't use them again.

Very organised and competent company to deal with I have moved with them more than once and all moves went smoothly..
